Judge Owen issues Judgments and Decrees

In a letter to homeowners, the TMA attorney outlines recent developments in the foreclosure process.

Judge Owen issued the Judgments and Decrees for each of the 5 different creditors involved in last month's hearing.

We will keep you apprised if, and when, any of those 5 judgment creditors decides to schedule a sheriff's sale with Sheriff Bolen.

The parties five Decrees of Foreclosure entered by Judge Owen on June 4, 2013 (and related properties) are:

1. Credit Suisse (undeveloped land and ski facilities)

2. Banner/Sabey (Village Plaza)

3. MHTN Architects (Lake Wing)

4. BAG (Fairmont Parcels)

5. Tamarack Design/Oz Architects (unfinished Trillium Townhomes)

Foreclosure judgments and per diem interest against Tamarack Resort LLC, properties identified above pursuant to decrees entered June 4, 2013:
