Mark Graham – Owner-Broker

Mark is a licensed real estate broker in Idaho, California, Colorado and North Carolina with a BA in Economics from California State University, Sacramento.  Since 1977 Mark has specialized in resort properties, fractional and interval ownership projects throughout the West including Hawaii and Mexico.  His other company, Condoshare International, works with HOAs to foreclose on delinquent assessment liens and market and sell those properties to new owners.  Condoshare also offers individual homeowners the ability to “fractionalize” their property to enhance their usage and income.  After building a home in Valley County in 2008 he decided to team with Idaho Resort Rentals and create a real estate company that could offer vacation renters and current property owners a unique level of services not available elsewhere.

Marta Frost - Agent

Marta joined Idaho Resort Realty in Summer of 2017 to help vacation renters looking to own their own vacation rental and owners of vacation rentals who are looking to move on.  She is also a principal in Frost Cabins, a full service vacation rental company.
